They are usually small in size but they are very important to the economy of Venetia since they supply the Kingdoms’s fish. The people who live on the shores makes their livings from the sea and they have a healthy respect for it. These are the agricultural heart lands, most of the vineyards and crops that supply Venetia comes from the Rolling Fields, to have a vineyard here is a show of wealth so many aspiring nobles are after land here. The Rulers of Allaway were gifted a vineyard by the current King and it is often the site of less formal meetings between the rulers. The buildings are made only out of materials that are found in the region, they do not cut down the trees to build their homes, they use those that have fallen and some even build their homes like tree houses. This is a custom that the Wyraki have come to respect and those that choose to settle do the same. The Vanir and Wyraki rarely live in large groups, but rather smaller tribes around their kingdom, so the main city is the only area where many of them live together. Some of the tribes still wander so you might find them in unexpected places. The forest is heavy and it is easy to get lost. Beware legends say old spirits both good and bad lurk within the forest and some are said to dislike trespassers. Waves crashing against jagged rocks, the fall would be deadly. AILL CATHAIR THE TOREN ISLANDS | EAST ELYRIA VIORLI no posts were found 0 threads 0 posts The most populated of the three island, this is the where you will find the majority of the docks for trading and markets for a variety of items you can only find in Toren, though enter the ports with care. Mercenaries run this Island and they aren’t the most welcoming to outsiders. Just make sure you watch your back. This is still the Island of Assassins, the guild still has strong roots here and many still turn to the Master Assassin for advice and assistance.
